Famous Indian playback singer Lata Mangeshkar will be singing with her sister Usha Mangeshkar after 60 years.
Both had sung a duet ‘Aaplam Chaplam’ in Dilip Kumar starer AZAAD in 1955 in which the thespian played a triple role.
Now both will sing famous Bengali song ‘Ek Baar Bidaai De Do Maan’ for Ashok Sahni’s upcoming film Mai Khudiram Bose Hu.
Our sources in Bollywood have confirmed that while Usha Mangeshkar has already recorded her portion , Didi will also record her part soon.
While researching on martyr Khudiram Bose, writer Dhiraj Mishra came across an interesting fact – that Lata Mangeshkar had sung the same song based on Khudiram Bose in 1951 and since then he wanted her to sing for his film as well. He tried to contact her but couldn’t so he straight away landed at her home and Lataji readily agreed..
