Modi to meet Li Keqiang in Myanmar
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will have his first meeting with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on the sidelines of the East Asia summit at Nay Pyi Taw in Myanmar.
Informing this, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin told reporters in New Delhi today that there will be a structured meeting and the delegation-level talks between the Prime Minister and the Chinese Premier in Myanmar.
He said, Mr Modi will also interact with Chinese President Xi Jinping during an informal meet of the leaders of the five-nation BRICS bloc on the sidelines of the G-20 summit in Brisbane.
The spokesperson also added that Modi will have bilateral meets with British Prime Minister David Cameron, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and Spanish Premier Mariano Rajoy Brey on the margins of the G20 summit.
