‘Sugam Sampark’ portal launched to help teachers

The Department of School Education, Haryana has launched ‘Sugam Sampark’ an online application software through which teachers and employees can submit their service related requests online on the portal of the Department . The URL of the website is http://188.8.131.52/sh/.
After the submission of the request, a Ticket Number would be generated automatically by the system which would be the reference number for future communication. The employees will also be able to check the status of their request at a later stage by using the Ticket Number.
A government spokesperson said that the facility will initially be available to the department employees which will be extended to JBTs and Head Teachers later .
The spokesperson said that a separate Monitoring Cell for coordinating the work of Sugam Sampark has been constituted. A Technology Officer would be the Nodal Officer and Programmer and would provide every technical support.
He said that such requests would be directly sent to the Branch Superintendent with a target date.
Concerned Superintendent would be responsible to get the request disposed off on priority by the said target date.
After receipt of the request, employee would be informed about the target date. If they do not receive any reply on the fixed date, they will be allowed to visit the State Headquarters.
The files pertaining to such requests would also be flagged with ‘Sugam Sampark’ and would be disposed by all the authorities on priority, he added.
