External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has called upon the Non Resident Indian (NRI) business leaders in the Gulf region to join the ‘India Growth Story’.
Addressing a group of prominent NRI Business leaders in Dubai yesterday, she urged them to help the government in ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’, ‘Make in India’ initiative and ‘Ganga Clean Fund’. Around hundred top business leaders handed over a pledge to her to support the government in ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’.
She released a book titled, ‘The Super 100 Indians’, highlighting the achievements of leading NRI business leaders from the Gulf region.
The External Affairs Minister returned to New Delhi last evening after a successful three-day visit to the United Arab Emirates. During her visit, she met the top political leadership and interacted with the expatriate Indian community in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
